No, they thought of "having one more" [child] after their first triplets - they just wanted another child to make it four - not six.

Raising that many kids isn't too difficult, especially if both husband and wife are pitching in with plenty of time, sweat and love. My parents raised six healthy kids mashallah, and I know other families that have more kids than us.

I suspect some girls just unconsciously think its the latest fad to display extreme revulsion at the thought of having more than two or three kids.
