Hi guys. I'm feeling frustrated. I have to go to a baby shower and i don't want to go. I was asked to make a cake and I suck at making and decorating occasion cakes. But I made it anyway and on one hand I hate it because it doesn't look all smashing like a bakery cake and is kind of not flat and on the other hand my husband likes it and says who the heck are they to criticise a cake they asked me to make because it's not like I volunteered to make it. And anyway I hate when people ask me to make something and then place all sorts of requirements on it; just fork out the $$$ and get a bakery cake.
