how do they taste? Did you use vanilla almond bark? Did you crumble the cake while it was warm and mix w/frosting?

I just made german chocolate ones- german chocolate cake mix, coconut-pecan frosting, and chocolate almond bark to coat with- tasted AMAAAZING.. Now i'm trying to figure out a combination for a baby shower- was thinking funfetti cake mix with vanilla frosting and dipping them in blue and pink candy melts just hoping it tastes ok...
they're so good!! i used regular white chocolate chips, melted. i couldn't find any other white chocolate candy coating. i crumbled it while it was still hot and mixed the frosting in while it was still warm. i put it in the fridge for a while because it was too soft to hold its shape. then after i rolled them into balls, i left them in the fridge overnight. they were still too soft to dip like i did last time so i had to use a butter knife to put the white chocolate on it. worked out fine.

i'm making the german chocolate ones next!!
