My school doesn't have the basic courses broken down into 2 semesters, we just do it all straight so I don't know what Torts II is like but I can't imagine it would be that different Torts I, you know how it is, very to the point for the most part, issue, rule, apply the rule, voila!

Con law is hard, one of the harder classes you take, make sure you pay attention and get a hornbook for that class. The nutshell is supposed to be good.

Remedies I'm taking now.. they say it's one of the "easy" classes.. but you know what "easy" means in law school. It does not have a lot doctrine/rules because sometimes the courts just like be nice and make it up as they go along because they feel bad for the victims so you have a lot of room to play and it's pretty straight forward.

Let me know if you know if you need anything else
