WTH? Whatever. Do whatever you feel is right ! If you feel that you can live a life that satisfies YOUR needs while being a surgeon, stick with it. Who cares what other people say? If we always did what others wanted us to do, half of us wouldn't be where we are now! I would probably be in law school ready to commit suicide . Alhumdulillah, my parents caved and let me switch over to what I really wanted to do (too bad it took forever and wasted a lot of my time).
