Sounds very much like she has mental health problems and that he is guilty of gross negligence. I mean, come on. You'd think after 2 HOURS of her sitting there he'd call someone to help him get her out. If she'd been in there a day he should have called a doctor because that is not normal behaviour.
If it's true that is. I'm not so sure.
