i used to put together a cleaning schedule on microsoft outlook, color coded and everything, and posted it on the fridge. and we'd have regular apartment meetings to talk about whatever was bothering us. haha, and we had a mutual friend who was obsessed with cleaning and organizing things, so if any of us slacked off, she'd take care of it whenever she was visiting...
