Can't believe it but I almost agree with you.
But you make two errors:
Firstly it doesn't matter if her boyfriend is a Muslim or not. Either way, she's succumbed to the whisper of Shaitaans and indulging in a physical relationship with a man. That's wrong. Allah swt clearly says so in the Qur'an. Period. The severity of her sin isn't lessened by him being a believer or a non-believer.
And secondly it's not about 'slutdom' [whatever that means]. Put simply, the sister has no Haya or very little of it. It's bad enough to sin in private, but we know that what Allah swt hates more is the sinner who does it publicly or who proclaims it to all.
